This budget-friendly Ibanez set is perfect for beginning guitarists as it includes a black Ibanez GSR200 electric bass guitar and a compact IBZ10B 10-watt bass guitar amplifier combo. With this surprisingly low-budget set you have everything you need to start playing the bass. The only thing you need is a cable and you're good to go!
Ibanez GSR200 electric bass guitar
The GSR200 gives you the looks, sound and playability of an Ibanez Soundgear bass but comes at the price of an instrument from the affordable GIO series. This black 4-string bass has a smooth, slim neck and a streamlined, lightweight body made of agathis wood. It's equipped with P-style and J-style Powersound pickups plus the Ibanez Phat II active equalizer that allows you to give the low an extra boost. Each pickup has a volume knob and master tone control.
Ibanez IBZ10B bass guitar amplifier
The IBZ10B is a small, practical rehearsal amp with a power output of 10 watts, making it ideal for use at home, in the living room or bedroom, for instance. With its 3-band EQ you can accurately fine-tune your sound. Thanks to a closed back housing and a 6.5-inch Power Jam speaker, you get a surprisingly deep bass sound. You have a headphones output at your disposal for late night rehearsal sessions and with the AUX input you can play along with your favourite music on your iPod, MP3 player or smartphone.
