General

Met de miKro heeft Ibanez een short-scale solidbody, die zich prima leent voor gebruik tijdens reizen en ook voor jonge gitaristen door de kortere hals goed bespeelbaar is. De GRGM21M VPK, zoals dit model officieel heet, is afgewerkt in de uitgesproken kleurstelling Vivid Pink. Ondanks de kortere snaarlengte (22.2 inch) herbergt de toets een gezond aantal van 24 frets.

Klein maar fijn

Sluit de miKro aan op een compacte oefenversterker en geniet. Dit sympathieke instrument heeft twee humbuckers, die een warme, volle klank genereren. De vaste brug zorgt voor een grote stabiliteit in stemming en klank. Het lichte populierenhout maakt dat deze miKro bijzonder licht is. Natuurlijk zijn ook volume- en tone-regeling en een 3-weg elementschakelaar aan boord. De meegeleverde gigbag is perfect qua afmetingen en vergemakkelijkt het transport.

Two New Metal Machines from Ibanez

Ibanez has added two guitars to its Iron Label RG series: the RG and the RG-7. These are real metal machines but with a spalted maple top and headstock. Apart from that, they have the standard Iron Label RG features, with two EMG humbuckers, 24 jumbo frets and a neck made of maple and bubinga.
