De Ibanez BBM1 Ben Bruce signature-model is een elektrische gitaar, gemaakt in samenwerking met Ben Bruce. Deze leadgitarist van de Britse metalband Asking Alexandria is dan ook, samen met mede-bandlid Cameron Liddell, fervent gebruiker van Ibanez-gitaren. De BBM-1 is gebaseerd op het FR-model van Ibanez en valt hier op door de subtiele opdruk van de Britse vlag op de zwarte body. Een aantrekkelijke gitaar voor de gevorderde gitarist.

Mahonie body en INF humbuckers

De body van de BBM1 is vervaardigd uit mahonie, wat al een teken is dat we hier de beginnersgitaren zijn ontstegen. Het hout zorgt voor een volle, warme en toch heldere basissound. Daarbij produceren de Ibanez INF humbucker-elementen een stevige klank, met een goede punch in de middentonen. De moderne Tight-End-brug garandeert optimale trillingsvrijheid voor de snaren en veel speelcomfort. Als vanouds, zeer degelijke Ibanez-bouwkwaliteit!

Two New Metal Machines from Ibanez

Ibanez has added two guitars to its Iron Label RG series: the RG and the RG-7. These are real metal machines but with a spalted maple top and headstock. Apart from that, they have the standard Iron Label RG features, with two EMG humbuckers, 24 jumbo frets and a neck made of maple and bubinga.
