Door zijn relatief dunne body, potente Gibson humbuckers en niet te vergeten massieve esdoorn center block is de Gibson ES-335 een zeer veelzijdige gitaar. Bekende gitaristen als Eric Clapton, Keith Richards en B. B. King zijn reeds voor dit model gevallen. De ES-335 ook echter ook zeer geschikt voor de hardere muzieksoorten. Zo heeft Dave Grohl van de Foo Fighters zijn eigen signature model. Het center block van massief esdoorn zorgt ervoor dat het geluid ook niet gaat rondzingen zoals bij andere hollow bodies. De gelijmde mahoniehouten hals is voorzien van een comfortabel '60S slim taper profiel.

'57 humbuckers

Doordat de beide Gibson '57 Classic humbuckers elk hun eigen toon- en volumeregeling hebben is er een groot scala aan verschillende geluiden mogelijk. Bijna iedereen is het er over eens dat als het op toon aan komt de '57 humbuckers onverslaanbaar zijn. De elementen geven een geluid met een heerlijke midrange, stevige bassen en soepele trebles. Over een cleane versterker geven ze deze ES 335 een aangenaam warm geluid, met meer vervorming wordt het geluid krachtig en indrukwekkend. Met deze ES-335 kunt u in feite alle kanten op.

Extra voordelig

Hoewel de gitaar volledig in nieuwstaat verkeert en geleverd wordt met originele Gibson US koffer en toebehoren betreft het toch een ingeruild exemplaar. Gelukkig is het enige waaraan u dit zult merken de prijs. U zult niet snel weer een Gibson ES-335 voor deze prijs én in deze uitmuntende conditie aantreffen. Als u al op zoek was naar een Gibson ES-335 is dit dé kans om voordelig eentje aan te schaffen. Wacht echter niet te lang want op is in het geval van deze occasion ook echt op.
