General

Have you always wanted a Rosewood Telecaster but were you never able to afford one? This limited edition from Japan has the same looks and vibe, at an affordable price. The TL-Rose is a genuine Fender Telecaster, made in Japan. It was inspired by the 1968 Rosewood Telecaster from Beatles guitarist George Harrison. Its basswood body was covered with two layers of rosewood (front and rear) and its headstock got a rosewood veneer. This is the high-gloss finish version.

properties of the Fender Japan TL-Rose NAT

The basswood body keeps the weight of the body comfortably low (contrary to the original instrument). The neck of this version was made of maple and fitted with a lacquered rosewood fretboard. In order to get the right looks, the back of the neck and the sides of the body were treated with a dark woodstain. The neck has a vintage finish with 21 small frets and a 7.25-inch radius. This guitar's hardware includes vintage-style Schaller F-key tuners and an Ash Tray bridge with three adjustable saddles. Two USA Vintage single-coil pickups offer you the distinctively bright, warm and twangy Telecaster sounds.

Fender Japan guitars

Japanese Fenders, in this case made by the Dyna Gakki factory, are high-end instruments that were never meant to travel abroad. These hand-built guitars were made for the Japanese market only yet are highly coveted all over the world for their combination of vintage design and extremely high quality. They offer the same build quality as the professional Fender American Standard models at a very reasonable price.
