Fender doet de seventies herleven met deze FSR Antigua Telecaster uit de Factory Special Run serie. Niet alleen de body maar ook de slagplaat van deze klassieke Tele is afgewerkt in één van Fender’s zeldzaamste kleuren genaamd Antigua. Deze exclusieve wit met groene sunburst lak werd voor het eerst op de Telecasters toegepast in 1977, echter met zeer beperkte aantallen dankzij een lage populariteit. Hierdoor zijn ze vandaag de dag erg schaars en zeer in trek bij vintage verzamelaars. Met deze FSR Antigua Telecaster geeft Fender u de kans om voor een betaalbare prijs een uniek stukje Fender geschiedenis te bezitten. Helemaal in authentieke vintage stijl compleet geleverd met een Deluxe Gig Bag. Wat wilt u nog meer?

Authentieke kenmerken van de Fender FSR Antigua Telecaster

Het is duidelijk dat Fender zijn best heeft gedaan om deze FSR Antigua Telecaster er zo authentiek mogelijk uit te laten zien. Niet alleen de kleur is schitterend gelukt, maar ook de kleine details zijn aandacht aan geschonken. Zo vind u op de kop zes chromen “F” stijl stemmechanieken in de originele stijl met een vintage-correct jaren ’70 Fender logo in zwart met goud. Ook de elzenhouten body en 21-frets hals is geheel volgens de juiste specificaties. Zo is de hals gemaakt uit één stuk esdoornhout en uitgerust met vintage stijl frets en een 7,25 inch radius. De elektronica bestaat uit een felle vintage stijl Tele single-coil elementen, een volume en toonregeling en een drie-standen elementschakelaar. En de “ash tray” brug is tot slot eveneens geheel volgens vintage specificaties, met drie verstelbare stalen zadels met schroefdraad.

Fender Introduces Upgraded Mandolins!

Fender recently announced a number of new mandolins: the Concert Tone Mando Pack , Concert Tone FM52E , Concert Tone FM53S , Concert Tone FM63S and the Concert Tone FM63SE . The 53 series features the well-known classic teardrop shape, while the 63 series consists of gorgeous Baroque style mandolins. Furthermore, the E at the end of certain type numbers stands for 'electric', which means that besides the fully acoustic models, there are also electrical models available.
