General

Not a very common guitar, this one. The Fender CD-220SCE All Zebrano is an electro-acoustic western guitar with a spectacular look. Its big-grained zebrano wood (what's in a name) has a certain zebra-like quality to it. Fender used this beautifully laminated wood for the top, sides and back of this guitar. Apart from great looks, the wood has a wonderfully balanced sound that is rich on trebles. A good buy for the advanced guitarist who wants to play in style.

Fender CD220SCE All Zebrano, at home (or) on stage

This amazing electro-acoustic Fender is perfectly suited for use on stage. Its Fishman Presys preamp allows you to accurately adjust the timbre of the amplified sound via the bass, mid, treble and volume controls as well as the phase knob. The latter one improves bass response and counters feedback at high volumes.

Beautiful and practical extras

The built-in chromatic tuning device with its clear display is very practical. It allows you to easily tune your guitar on even the darkest of stages. Other notable features of the Fender CD 220 SCE are the tastefully gold-coloured hardware, the abalone inlay rosette, the beautiful neck and body bindings and the bone saddle and string nut. Lastly, the body's cutaway makes it easier to reach the highest frets.

Fender Introduces Upgraded Mandolins!

Fender recently announced a number of new mandolins: the Concert Tone Mando Pack , Concert Tone FM52E , Concert Tone FM53S , Concert Tone FM63S and the Concert Tone FM63SE . The 53 series features the well-known classic teardrop shape, while the 63 series consists of gorgeous Baroque style mandolins. Furthermore, the E at the end of certain type numbers stands for 'electric', which means that besides the fully acoustic models, there are also electrical models available.
