General

The LTD M-53 BLKS is a very attractive instrument for beginner guitarists who are looking for a reliable, highly versatile electric guitar. Its HSS pickup configuration makes that it produces both bright single-coil sounds as well as the rougher, warmer humbucker sounds that combine beautifully with blues, rock and metal, while the single-coils are great for country, pop, ska and alike. Choose the desired sound with the 5-way pickup switch.

LTD M-53: versatile and comfortable

For even more tonal variation, the LTD M-53 BLKS (Black Satin) was fitted with a vintage tremolo bridge. By gently moving the arm back and forth you can create ear-pleasing vibrato effects. What's more, the clear sound of the maple fretboard is a classic combination with this whammy bar and the aforementioned HSS pickup configuration. Lastly this guitar - as we've come to expect from LTD guitars - features a slender, fast neck and extra-large frets.
