General

The LTD EC-401VF STBC is a powerful, tastefully designed electric guitar that features a flamed maple top and a transparent red lacquer. Additionally, LTD equipped this guitar with two familiar Seymour Duncan pickups - a JB pickup at the bridge, which is an old-fashioned humbucker with a strikingly high output and a tight sound. The more modern, calmer-sounding '59 backs the JB up with a warmer, clearer tone. 24 large frets make bending the strings easier, and the Grover machine heads and Tune-O-Matic bridge ensure an impeccable intonation.

This electric guitar provides serious starting guitarists with a highly versatile sound that is perfect for a wide range of music genres. Its humbuckers make sure it also performs excellently in the rougher types of music such as hard rock and metal. The mahogany body resonates warmly yet openly and the maple ensures a bright touch. The LTD EC401VF STBC looks rather exclusive thanks to the tiger-like pattern of the Flamed Maple top. Additionally, it features white position markers, a type number at the 12th fret and the distinctive ESP headstock.
