Met deze Casio CDP-220R combineert u het beste van twee werelden. De toetsen voelen aan alsof u een echte piano bespeelt terwijl u tegelijk alle mogelijkheden van een keyboard heeft. Dankzij de eenvoudig instelbare presets kunt u tijdens een optreden snel wisselen van klankcombinatie. Dankzij de 48 stemmige polyfonie kunt u het geluid heerlijk vol maken.

Mogelijkheden van de Casio CDP-220R

U heeft met de Casio CDP220R de mogelijkheid om alle soorten muziek neer te zetten dankzij de 700 nieuwe verschillende klankkleuren, 200 ritmes en 152 voorgeprogrammeerde songs. Naast deze songs kunt u ook nog eens 10 songs toevoegen door de piano via de USB-aansluiting aan uw PC te koppelen. Via het beproefde Casio-Step-Up leerprogramma is het tevens mogelijk om lessen te volgen.

Arpeggiator, Layer functie en overige mogelijkheden:

De layer functie heeft een maximale polyfonie van 48 tonen waardoor u complete nummers kunt maken met meerdere lagen. Via de Arpeggiator kunt u automatisch akkoorden mee laten spelen. Daarnaast kunt u samples opnemen tot wel 10 seconden. Tevens is het mogelijk om complete songs op te nemen in het interne geheugen of via een SD-kaart.

Geluid en aansluitingen op de CDP 220R:

U kunt voor het geluid gebruik maken van de twee 8 Watt luidsprekers. Om u helemaal te kunnen richten op het spelen heeft Casio een uitgang die voor een hoofdtelefoon en externe luidsprekerset gebruikt kan worden. Op de bovenzijde vindt u verschillende knoppen die zo zijn geplaatst dat u ze onder het spelen eenvoudig kunt bedienen. Op de achterzijde heeft u de mogelijkheid om een voetpedaal aan te sluiten.

Het getoonde filmpje is helaas in het Italiaans maar laat wel goed zien hoe de CDP-220R eruit ziet.

Wrote the following about Casio CDP-220R

We hebben de CDP-220R gekocht voor onze zoon van 12 omdat hij heel veel biedt tijdens het spelen : niet alleen imposante klanken, indrukwekkende digitale effecten, een omvangrijk assortiment aan ritmen en liedjes maar voornamelijk begeleidingsfuncties. Zeker noodzakelijk als je nog geen pianoles hebt gehad !
We zijn zeer tevreden over deze keuze en over de service van Bax-shop.

The image below recently turned up on the internet. Based on the text and the accompanying specifications, we assume that Casio is trying to lure us to their NAMM booth so they can present their latest keyboard/synthesizer: the MZ-X. This will likely remind keyboard enthusiasts of the MZ-2000, an old Casio model that, considering the words 'Reinvented, Reimagined, Reborn' is apparently about to be brought back to life. Rumour has it that two models will be released, the MZ-500 and the MZ-1000, but take that with a grain of salt; it's very possible that MZ-X is indeed the final name for this workstation.
