General
You might already be familiar with the Zeppelin Air for the iPhone 4 (among other devices), an AirPlay music system in the shape of a zeppelin. The Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin Air LCM wireless Airplay speaker is comparable to the Zeppelin Air, but this LCM version features a lighting connector. This type of connector is a 2012 find by Apple that replaces the 30-pin docking connector, and is compatible with iPhone, iPod and iPad. Just like the Zeppelin Air, the Zeppelin Air LCM allows for easy wireless music streaming from your Apple iPod, iPad or iPhone, to the Zeppelin speakers. Ideal for rainy Sunday afternoons, listening to music on the couch - you can enjoy the particular poison on your Apple device without having to replace CDs!
Qualities of the Zeppelin Air LCM
The Zeppelin Air LCM is a beauty to behold - stylish and striking! This black, shiny unit weighs over 6 kilos and is 64 cm wide. As you know, looks aren't everything! Luckily, this system really performs as well! The five speakers consist of two 25mm tweeters, two 75mm midrangers and a 125mm woofer. This entire range of speakers provides a frequency range of 36 Hz to 42 kHz, more than enough for a wide range of musical genres. Windows users can also use the Zeppelin Air with iTunes 10.2.2 or higher, so this system isn't only Apple-compatible.
