De bestelling kwam zeer snel binnen, goed verpakt.
Helemaal opgewonden of het product echt zo goed werkte als mij verteld werd. eerst rustig alles uitgepakt en gesorteerd. Ook heb ik de gebruiksaanwijzing gelezen. Daar zat 'gelukkig' ook nederlands bij. maar kwam er al gauw achter dat er in de engels handleiding veel gedetalieeder de functies omschreven werden. de nederlandse versie was mager.
Bij de UMX25 werd ook de Behringer U-Control UCA200 geleverd, kort gezegd een externe usb geluidskaart met 1x RCA input en 1x RCA output. Deze heb ik in het begin ook gebruikt, totdat ik een nieuwe, betere geluidskaart heb aangeschaft.
De UMX25 USB/MIDI Controller Keyboard word met de drivers en 50 VST plugins geleverd, en een uitgeklede versie van Ableton Live. De installatie van de driver verliep vlekkeloos. Vol verwachting starte ik Fruity Loops 9 (FL9)op. Helaas herkende FL9 zelf niet de UMX25 dus moest ik de setting op Generic Midi Keyboard + Knobs instellen. Het keyboard werkt perfect.na een aantal dagen lopen spelen met de instellingen, blijkt het heel makkelijk te zijn om de knoppen toe te wijzen aan knoppen in FL9. De aanslaggevoeligheid is goed in te stellen. Ik ben er heel tevreden over, ik zocht veelzijdigheid (kijk alleen al naar de voeding van het keyboard) en de flexibiliteit van het apparaat. maar toch compact!

Ideal ging mis even bellen en geregeld.
Verder mooi product alles meegeleverd, software, 50 virtuele instrumenten(slecht te installeren), en ableton live lite, usb kabel en een usb audio interface.
