Deze scanner heeft heel veel weg van de DJ Scan 250 EX, maar deze Fusion heeft nog iets extra's in petto voor de lightjockeys die net iets anders willen doen dan anderen. Deze scan is ook nog eens voorzien van een groene 4.9mw laserdiode, waar tevens leuke effecten mee kunnen worden toegepast. In combinatie met de tien gobo's en elf kleuren zijn er talloze combinaties en effecten te creëren. Deze scan heeft net als de DJ Scan 250 EX de mogelijkheid tot pan/tilt inversion, waardoor de spiegels van de scanners tegenovergesteld van elkaar bewegen. Hiernaast zijn de stroboscoopfunctie en gobo shake functie uiteraard aanwezig.

These two Flat Pars, the QA12XS and the QWH12XS by American DJ are nearly identical. They feature the same dimensions, power consumption and functions! The difference can be found in the fourth colour that's been added to the fixtures' range. In the case of the QA12XS this is Amber, while the QWH12XS features White.
