In music-production-land, the number 1073 is an illustrious one - something you might only already know if you've owned a recording studio for twenty odd years or more. Anyway, we're talking about a famous mic preamp here, the same one the Black Lion Audio B173 MK2 is based on. This modern rehash comes in a compact, 1U half-rack housing, offers sublime sound and, in line with Black Lion's tradition, phantom power and phase-reverse switches - plus a Hi-Z input for electric guitars.
