General

The Neutrik NAC3FX is a female cable connector for the Neutrik PowerCON True 1 series. Equip your cables and devices with these mains voltage connectors and you will be able to extend your power cables with great ease. Daisy chaining is not a problem either. These 16 Ampere ‘breaking capacity’-connectors can be disconnected without having to shut off the energy source first.

The improved PowerCON True 1
Neutrik’s high quality and robust connectors are often used in professional lighting and sound situations. Neutrik’s own PowerCONs are popular as reliable mains voltage connections. These solid connectors are equipped with a Twist Lock-locking system, so that you can’t unplug them by accident. The PowerCON True 1 is the successor of the PowerCON.

Two cable and three chassis connectors
The PowerCON True 1 connectors are available in five types: two cable connectors (male and female) and three chassis connectors (male, female and male + female). As PowerCON cables are now equipped with a male and female connector, instead of two female connectors, you can connect two cables, such as XLR cables, directly to one another. Thanks to the special male-female chassis connector, daisy chaining is now also possible.

Wrote the following about Neutrik NAC3FX-W PowerCON True 1 cable connector female

Heel goed onderdeel, zoals je van Neutrik vewacht.
Als je het kabeldeel goed bekijkt zie je hoe vernuftig het bedacht is, mijn pet heel diep hier voor af!
Van mij krijgt dit kabeldeel een 10!
Hou de aardedraad 3 tot 5 mm langer dan de fase- en de nuldraad.
De draden zet je vast met een Torks nr. 8 schroevendraaier (T8), die heb je toch wel inmiddels?
Vergrendel de trekontlasting goed stevig. Wil je die weer losdraaien: er zit een palletje van metaal in, dat moet je even indrukken, dan kan het kabeldeel weer uit elkaar.
