General

The Digitech Mosaic is a clever pitch-shifting stompbox that can transform your 6-string guitar into a 12-string. Just like a real 12-string, the low notes are given an extra octave, and - for that characteristic chorus-like effect - the high tones are doubled. With a press of the footswitch, you'll have that beautifully rich and sparkling sound, without having to change guitars. The Mosaic comes with a power supply included

Mosaic: Sound and Power

With the Mosaic, Digitech offers an excellent effects pedal, which digitally alters your guitar's sound with 44.1kHz/24-bit sound quality. It has remarkably well-balanced low frequencies and crystal clear trebles for a wide and well-defined sound. You can use the level knob to adjust the effect's intensity, and the tone knob to alter clarity. Finally, for easy pedal board integration, the pedal uses a standard 9V DC power supply.

Digitech Mosaic 12 String Effect Pitch Shifting Effect Pedal

Great pedal. If you are looking for something to exactly replicate a 12 string nothing is going to do that - maybe look more at something with a hex pickup. But for an electric guitar sitting in the mix of a live band I would say definitely go for this. May even be ok for recording once sitting in the mix.

Heel aardig 12 string effect pedaal.

groet
Piet
