Devine Artis B18 18-inch Passive Subwoofer, 500W

The bigger the better! The Devine Artis B18 is the biggest and fattest passive sub from the Artis Series and offers comprehensively rich, bone-rattling bass. Since it needs to handle deep-diving lows, the B18 boasts a frequency range of 20Hz to 120Hz and, on the top of the cabinet, a standard 35mm flange is fitted for mounting a distance rod and satellite speaker for a neat, full setup. This passive sub has a power capacity of 500 Watts RMS so it's at its best when coupled with an amplifier that pushes approximately 700 Watts per channel at 8 Ohms.

The Devine Artis B18: Take it Anywhere

Due to the 500 Watts RMS and maximum sound pressure of 131dB, the transparent bass this 18-incher can produce will complete the full-range setup of any club, large pub, street party and medium-sized venue. While this is a serious sub, since it's passive, it doesn't come with an internal filter or crossover. As such, it will need the help of an external crossover, amp or speaker management system that's able to filter out highs and mids before feeding it nothing but bass.

• Please note: This passive subwoofer does not come with an internal filter or crossover. In order to operate correctly, an external crossover/speaker management system needs to be connected. This system will then filter out all high and mid range signal and send only low, bass signal to the subwoofer.
