The Sense Series by American Audio guarantees good sound! Its multifunctional housing boasts a compact size and light weight, making this a real sound system for ambitious PA applications. The Sense Series consists of a number of an 8-inch, 12-inch and 15-inch full-range speaker plus a 15-inch and an 18-inch subwoofer. Everything you need for composing your ultimate set is right here!
Has your audience grown so much that your speakers no longer reach everyone? Do you need more sound pressure, or is your music lacking bass? Then there's really only one solution: a subwoofer! The Sense 18B should be moved right to the top of your priority list, because this passive subwoofer offers excellent sound pressure and floor-trembling bass. The frequency levels range from 36 Hz to 250 Hz, so the only thing you have to do is give it 800 W of power. This is, of course, the recommended power level, though if you want even more sound pressure you could feed it up to 2,400 watts for a time. This sleek subwoofer has been finished with black splatter paint and features a steel powder-coated grille and acoustic foam. You'll also find two handles, making this 42kg subwoofer even easier to transport!

Ik heb er direkt eentje getest op een BST-900 versterker die zo'n 450 WRMS zou moeten geven in combinatie met een x-over.. manman... uit deze speaker komt een hele berg laag uit en dat nog maar op ongeveer 60% van zijn rms belastbaarheid. Tja,wat gaat dit geven op 800 WRMS zoals men hier voorschrijft..ik kan het al raden hehe..een mega-boenkmachien !!
Anyway, ik ben heel tevreden over de levering en de prestaties van deze speakers, ook het hanteren valt goed mee, al gaan er in de toekomst wel wieltjes op.. kwestie van wat makkelijker te transporteren.
Mocht je twijfelen.. deze speaker is z'n geld dubbel en dik waard! Een absolute aanrader voor discobar / drive-in shows!!
