General

Samson’s D12 speaker is the passive version of the brand's active D412. It's compact, lightweight, and boasts a continuous output of 400 watts RMS. It's a real all-rounder that's suitable for all kinds of applications, including fixed installations as well as gigging musicians. It's relatively easy to place on a speaker stand and transport thanks to its manageable weight and ergonomic handles.

Samson Auro D12 12-inch 400W 2-way passive speaker

One look at the shape of this speaker will tell you it can also be used as a floor monitor. The Auro D12 is ideal for near-field as well as far-field applications. The housing is made of durable polypropylene so it can withstand the rough and tumble of life on the road. The D12 also has a metal grille to protect the woofer. It sports a black finish and the Samson logo, but more importantly, it produces a bright, clear sound that offers a broad frequency range with plenty of low. If you're a karaoke diva, singer/songwriter, DJ, or even a complete band, this speaker can handle a medium-sized venue without a hitch!
