How Does the Stock Status Work? |

Whenever you view an item on the Bax Music site, you’ll be able to see how many we have in stock, and if we're out of stock, we'll give you an indication of when we expect more to come in. To make things as clear as possible, we use a traffic-light system. Green: In StockIf the stock status is green, then good news! The item is in stock and ready to go. So, if you place your order any time before 10pm, you can expect delivery within 2 to 3 working days (depending on where you are and the size of the package). Yellow: Not in StockIf the stock status is yellow, this means we’re currently out of stock. But all is not lost! More is on the way! Generally, our suppliers deliver fresh stock within 4 to 9 working days, and this estimate is always based on the delivery times of our suppliers during the last 120 days. If the supplier doesn’t have stock and can’t deliver within 4 to 9 working days, then we’ll send you an email to let you know the expected delivery date. Red: Not in StockIf the stock status is red, unfortunately this means that we’re out of stock and there may be a long waiting time for more to come in. However, you can still order the item and as soon as it does come in, it’ll be packed and sent out to you. If you’d rather wait for stock, then click on ‘Email when in stock’ on the item page, enter your email address and we’ll let you know as soon as stock arrives. |
