Boss ME-80: innovative & intuitive
The ME-80 delivers the familiar Boss sound in a compact housing. Its versatile basic sound is realised by means of COSM preamplifiers. The innovative Tera Echo and Overtone have been added to the effects section, which is made possible by groundbreaking Multi Dimensional Processing technology. Thanks to a USB port, it's possible to use the ME-80 to record and edit dry guitar signals on your computer. For a pleasant and intuitive way of working, this multi-effect processor is equipped with easy stomp box-style controls.
PSA-230S adapter
The PSA-230S has replaced the PSA-230P. Both power adapters are nearly identical, but the PSA-230S is capable of delivering 500 mA, whereas the PSA-230P could only deliver 200 mA. The PSA-230S also has a longer cable, which gives you more room to work with. The Boss adapter meets the one-spot system standard, which means it's slim enough to take up only a single wall socket. The ideal PSA adapter is now even more versatile!
Tips or comments about this product- Free BOSS TONE STUDIO software - which enables you to adjust effect sounds and to manage them on your computer, and allows you to try and download free patches - can be downloaded via the BOSS TONE CENTRAL website.

Dan het apparaat zelf.
Stevige ijzeren constructie. Die kan wel wat hebben.
Naast de bekende voorgeprogrammeerde tunes , die je op zo'n beetje iedere effectenbak wel vind, de "manual / handmatige" mode. (stompbox)
Hoppa: gewoon ouderwetse effectpedaaltjes met een paar bijbehorende simpele fysieke draaiknoppen. Niks geen geworstel door allerlei digitale menuutje's op een ( vooral op een podium) onleesbaar schermpje.
Ben je zelf een absolute beginner? Op youtube staan het veel filmpjes hoe je een "bepaalde sound" kunt creëren. Doordat je alles handmatig met fysieke draaiknoppen kunt instellen, leer je meteen heel veel over hoe een bepaald effect werkt en welke invloed het op je geluid heeft.
Dat is met digitale menu toestanden een heel ander verhaal. ( Vind ik )
En tja, pedaaltjes van Boss waren altijd al goed. Geluid vind ik super!
