General
Ayra boosts its assortment with the powerful ERO 704 beam moving head, which is controlled completely via DMX. Thanks to its super fast and accurate stepper motors, it's able to react quickly to commands without stuttering while next to that, it's also chock-full of other options, such as a Master/Slave mode and a fully automatic sound active function. Even other settings like speed and program type can be easily fine-tuned. So, even without a light jockey, you can put on an incredible show!
The Ayra ERO 704: A Fully Fledged Beam Moving Head
With its seven 4-in-1 Osram Ostar LED modules that pack 12 Watts a piece, the ERO 704 can generate a light yield of 64,100 Lux at full power to guarantee that your light show will be visible even in the biggest venues. With a dispersion angle of only 12 degrees, the ERO 704 fills the room with tight bundles of light that don't throw any colour shadows, because the RGBW LED modules and their special lenses blend together beautifully. Just imagine the effect these moving heads will have on your audience when you deploy them for a show!
Use
When DJ-ing, you can mount two on a truss totem and use the built-in programs plus the pan invert function to create a standard - but nonetheless fantastic light show! Or, connect multiple ERO 704s to your DMX controller and make the most out of all that the more advanced programs have to offer. This Ayra-designed fixture can easily be used while mounted on the wall or ceiling, and you can use the included mounting bracket and hardware to ensure it won't come crashing down.
Safety First
So, the ERO 704 comes with a sturdy mounting bracket and the correct mounting materials, but you also get a safety eye bolt, so you can always attach the armature securely using a safety cable. Of course, internal protection is important too, which is why Ayra have built in various temperature sensors that will turn on the integrated cooling fan whenever necessary. Should the temperature get too hot, the ERO 704 will automatically reduce the light output until safe temperatures are reached again. This way, you can be certain that your ERO 704 is operating safely and optimally.

Bewegingen zijn snel maar kunnen ook soepel zijn. Ventilatoren zijn in te stellen qua snelheid of automatisch dus geen onnodig ventilator geluid. Ook het instel menu is duidelijk en bevat veel functies. Ook een black-out functie bij DMX verlies is aanwezig. Super!
Als enigste puntje had het kleuren mengen iets mooier gekund maar dat is wel minimaal. Met 2 kleuren door elkaar kan je in de lichtvlek wel wat kleurverloop vinden maar in de rookbundel heb je daar natuurlijk geen last vast. Een quick-lock had fijn geweest voor de haak te monteren maar ach voor dit geld heb je echt een fijne spot in huis. En met 3 jaar garantie durf ik dat echt wel aan!
De lamp ligt om te vergelijken tussen een Martin 101 en een Martin MH2. De licht bundel is redelijk compact en is goed te gebruiken op een hoogte van 5m zonder verlies in de bundel. De kop zelf is erg snel en reageert zeer direct. Door dat er ook witte led in zit is het gemakkelijker om zachte kleuren te maken. Dit is een verbeterpunt op de ayra 101. Wat ook een verbeterpunt is dat de strobe functie direct reageert in tegenstelling tot de 101 van ayra.
Wat fijn zou zijn is als er nog een kist of inlay's voor beschikbaar komen. Een tip: probeer er bij de volgende versie een quicklock systeem op toe te passen. Dit maakt het gebruiksvriendelijker bij op en afbouw.
