General

You don't see talk boxes around that often any more, but when you do, they always make an impression. Perhaps you're familiar with Bon Jovi's song 'Livin' on a Prayer' that makes good use of one. More often than not however, you need to stick a tube in your mouth in order to make the iconic sounds. Not so with TC Helicon's Talkbox Synth. It allows you to create eight different talk box effects, all without a tube!

Talk box

You'll need your guitar and a microphone to make full use the Talkbox Synth that has two different talk box styles (Classic and Modern). Both of these have two modes; one for your vocals and one that also mixes in the sound of your guitar.

Synth

The Talkbox Synth also has four synth-like sounds on board that are triggered with your guitar, which you can then use to vocalise. There are also controls for adjusting the amount of pitch correction and choosing the type of reverb. TC Helicon's famous adaptive tone control adds a professional finishing touch to your sound. If you've always wanted a talk box but didn't like the tubes that normally come with them, TC Helicon's Talkbox Synth effects pedal is the answer.

TC Helicon Talkbox Synth vocals/guitar effect
Wrote the following about TC Helicon Talkbox Synth vocals/guitar effect
