General

There was a time when guitarists had to make do with the tremelo and reverb effects on their amplifier and for those who miss those times, the Strymon Flint Tremolo & Reverb accurately emulates these classic sounds. It houses a powerful processor to imitate every detail, for a rare and accurate sixties tremolo as well as authentic reverb sounds from the '60s, '70s and '80s.

The Flint's Tremolo Effects

The knobs on the left of the Flint allow you to adjust depth and speed of the tremolo effect and both can also be used to set volume boost and, when you use an optional tap pedal, the tap distribution. The Tremolo switch flips from intricate ('61 Harmonic), through sultry and muddy ('63 Power Tube) to sharp and balanced ('65 Photocell). You can also connect a normal expression pedal to control one of the many parameters.

With Reverb

As the Strymon Flint is also home to several reverbs, you can create harmonious tremolo and reverb tones and turn your guitar sound into a spaghetti western or film noir soundtrack. Push it further for the original surf or 90s indie sound. The reverbs vary from classic Spring Tank to ingenious Electronic Plate and classic '80s Hall Rack reverb.

Prima apparaat, geweldige geluidskwaliteit.
