One of MXR's classic '80s smash hits, the fully analogue Micro Chorus has been cleaned up, wrapped in a little yellow box, and reissued so it can join the ranks of the Phase 90, Dyna Comp, and Micro Amp. Weave a thick and lush, retro-style sonic carpet simply by twisting the single Rate pot to set the modulation speed.

The MXR M148 Micro Chorus: Old School Design

The build of the M148 Micro Chorus bears MXR-grade durability; from the near-indestructible zinc housing to the dependable bucket-brigade circuit it houses. So, you can expect warm chorus courtesy of a pedalboard-friendly and tour-ready box, and since the M148 is also true-bypass, even when the pedal is inactive, you're assured of a clean and uncoloured signal.

Fijn pedaal, lekker simpel. Werkt goed clean en met distortion. Kan vrij onsubtiel worden als je 'm open draait.

Geweldig pedaal, met maar 1 knop eenvoudig te bedienen en klinkt goed met mijn passieve Fender Hot Rod als actieve Musicman Stingray bas. Instelling staat meestal op 10 voor 12 voor een mooie klank maar ook helemaal open is ie goed te gebruiken.

Erg mooi pedaal, en ondanks de 'single knob' instellings mogelijkheden toch erg goed in te stellen. Naar mijn mening de beste chorus. Klinkt heel goed, ook in combinatie met andere pedalen zoals overdrives of distortions!

Zeker een aanrader voor dit geld!

Fijn pedaal Klinkt héél goed, en heeft een zeer toepasbare spreiding voor Rate. Zoals we gewoon zijn van MXR, is het pedaal ook gebouwd als een bunker. Die krijg je niet kapot. Het nadeel met dit pedaal is echter dat, omdat er enkel een rate-knop is, er geen subtiele blend kan gemaakt worden. Het chorus-effect komt dus altijd behoorlijk aggresief over. Als een overduidelijke chorus is wat je zoekt, dan is dit het ideale pedaal. Heb je graag een beetje speling of wil je heel subtiel je sound een beetje complexer maken, is dit maar niks.
