Op 24-09-2020 besteld. Snelle levering. Echter, deze psu past niet op het oudere model xenyx802, dus na eerst m'n xenyx802 uit elkaar gehaald voor een troubleshoot op de connector, op 16-11-2020 retour, met uitleg over het probleem. Snelle helpdesk service, ieder email contact een ander persoon. Werd beloofd het op de productpagina en retailbox afgebeelde mxul3 model te verzenden, maar op 28-11-2020 arriveerde hetzelfde product hetgeen ik op 16-11-2020 retour deed. Dus weer corresponderen met de helpdesk. Excuses en belofte dat bax-shop de inhoud van de retailbox zou controleren, zodat niet weer het mxeu3 model zou worden verzonden. Op 27-03-2021(product was niet op voorraad) arriveerde weer een veel te grote verzenddoos zonder beschermmateriaal, met een mxeu3 model. Dus boloftes doen die niet nagekomen worden.
Het probleem is dat mxeu3 stekker een plastic vierkante zwarte guidepin bevat, terwijl het oudere model xenyx802 een rechthoekige in de vorm van een 1 heeft. Past dus niet. Daarom maar drie sterren.
Na de vele malen verzenden en retourneren vindt ik de carbon footprint van deze bestelling absurd, hetgeen bax-shop rekening mee zou moeten houden.
Daarom heb ik de plastic vierkante guidepin met een flushcutter voor through hole componenten geknipt, zodat de vorm van de guidepin conform de vorm van het gat is. Daarmee heb ik het probleem verholpen. Na de customization functioneerd de custom behringer psu mx3. Mocht dit product technische problemen gaan vertonen, beroep ik me op de garantie.
Samengevat werkend behringer product, prettige webshop, snelle retourservice met dhl, snelle helpdesk reactie, valse beloftes door ieder contact een andere werknemer en/of geen communicatie tussen helpdesk en retour.
Zou verstandig zijn zou de productpagina vermelden dat de mxeu niet op oudere modellen past.
