Wrote the following about Yamaha TBP12 battery cover for Line 6 TBP12 (replacement part 172923)

Let op: Bax levert niet wat er op de foto staat! Je krijgt alleen het metalen klepje zonder slot en asje.
(Het metalen klepje is het enige wat juist nooit kapot gaat.)
De oplossing die Bax biedt is om de resterende onderdelen bij te bestellen. Kosten hiervoor bedragen 10 euro + 10 euro handlingskosten. Om het totale klepje te krijgen zoals op de foto ben je dus géén 10.80 kwijt, maar 30,80 !!!

Misleidend, zeer slechte service, klacht niet oplossen.

Op mails, die ik hierover verstuur wordt niet gereageerd....

Niet raar dus, dat dit bedrijf in onze branche (Theatertechniek) de bijnaam "Roze dozenschuiver" heeft.
Ze maken de naam meer dan waar!
