Dit MIDI keyboard van M-Audio is zeer compact. Hij heeft 37 kleine toetsen dus gemakkelijk mee te nemen als u tijdens een optreden of vakantie muziek wilt maken.
De EKEYS 37 kunt u, indien u Windows XP of Max OSX gebruikt, direct in de USB poort pluggen en spelen. U hoeft geen drivers te installeren.

Toetsen zijn helaas niet aanslaggevoelig, iets wat voor mij wel een pré was aangezien ik hem gebruikte om keyboard/piano te spelen. Op de product beschrijving stond hij wel als aanslaggevoelig beschreven. Ik heb Bax-Shop hiervan op de hoogte gesteld en ze hebben het keurig aangepast en hun verontschuldigingen gemaakt.
Toch heb ik besloten om hem te ruilen. De enige reden daarvoor is dat hij niet aanslaggevoelig is. Voor de rest vind ik het een prima keyboardje. Hij is lekker compact en direct klaar voor gebruik.
Voordelen:
- Lekker compact, past gewoon in me laptoptas
- Direct klaar voor gebruik
- Stroom via USB, dus muziek maken waar je maar wil!
Nadelen:
- Toetsen zijn een beetje zwaar om in te drukken
- Niet aanslaggevoelig
4 sterren!
Om toch lekker te kunnen spelen gebruik ik MAGIX Samplitude Music Studio 16. Dit betaalbare pakket is ruim voorzien van instrumenten en heeft z'n eigen virtuele ASIO driver. Hiermee heb ik geen latency problemen en is goed met het keyboard te spelen.
Als de software fatsoenlijk had gewerkt dan 4 sterren, nu dus 3.
Voordelen:
-Leuk keyboardje voor z'n geld.
-Zeer compact, daardoor geschikt om mee te nemen op reis.
-Plug and play, in iedergeval in Vista
Nadelen:
-Meegeleverde software in mijn geval onbruikbaar
-Voelt wat speelgoed achtig aan
