General
At first glance, IK Multimedia's iRig Keys and iRig Keys Pro seem identical; a practical and compact 37-key keyboard controller that you can connect to your iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Android device (Android 5.0 or higher, or with a Samsung Professional Audio device), PC or Mac. But look again! An important difference is that the IK Multimedia iRig Keys PRO is equipped with full-size keys. These 37 velocity-sensitive keys feel realistic to the touch, allowing you optimal dynamic freedom in your performance. The IK Multimedia iRig Keys Pro comes with a USB cable for your Mac or PC, a Lightning cable and an Android cable.
iRig Keys Pro: Smart Organisation
In addition to 37 full-size keys, the iRig Keys Pro features a control panel with a clear layout, modulation, pitch wheels, and a pedal input. Add a sustain or expression pedal to your setup to make your performance even more realistic, or to control parameters like volume, tremolo and vibrato. There's even a practical Set button, which enables you to directly access the settings for four different setups.
Software
The IK Multimedia iRig Keys Pro comes with free software. Download software sampler, SampleTank FREE and the virtual piano app, iGrand Piano FREE for your iOS device. For your PC or Mac, you get a licence for SampleTank 3 SE, including an impressive 6.5-gigabyte soundbank. After you've registered your product, you can download this software at IK Multimedia. Android users can now download the apps iGrand Piano FREE and iLectric Piano FREE via Google Play or Samsung Galaxy Apps.

kreeg ik zin in iets kleiners in combinatie met een ipad en een arturia microbrute op de computer
Irig leek me na veel onderzoek het meest handzame hiervoor en de grote toetsen op zulk klein en laag klavier zijn wonderlijk , zo houd ik een zee van ruimte over op mijn desk
de irig is aangesloten zowel op de ipad via lightning en op de computer via usb zo krijgt de irig stroom via usb en kan de ipad zijn stroom behouden
Full size toetsen, aanslaggevoelig, usb en een pedaal-aansluiting maakt het echt een ideaal apparaat als je op reis fatsoenlijk will kunnen spelen.
Aantal toetsen is precies voldoende om je maar matig beperkt te voelen; kan niet veel beter.
Thuis gebruik ik hem in mijn home-studiootje, past ideaal op het bureau voor de "kleine input". Als het serieuzer wordt pak ik thuis de digitale piano...
