Arturia's Keylab 61 Essential Black Edition is a USB/MIDI keyboard with 61 keys. It's equipped with encoders, sliders, transport buttons and pads that can be used to control your DAW software and virtual instruments so quickly and easily that even your creativity is sure to get a boost! The keyboard comes complete with Ableton Live Lite and you also get UVI Grand Piano and Analog Lab 3 giving you an enormous number of virtual synth sounds as well as some vintage classics. In total, there are more than 6,000 sounds available with the CS80, the Martix 12, the B#, the Jupiter 8, the Synclavier, and Minimoog among them. The Keylab 61 Essential is a great keyboard controller that's perfect for music producers of all levels.

Gaat goed samen met ableton live en de analoglab software die erbij komt werkt perfect!

Voor een MIDI-keyboard van ronde de 200 euro is dit absoluut een heel goed ding. Er missen wel een aantal dingen, zoals een input voor een expressiepedaal, slechts 8 pads, en aftertouch, maar nogmaals, voor deze prijs is dat niet zo gek. Ik ben erg in ieder geval erg blij mee; de Keylab Essential 61 doet precies wat ik ervan verwachtte. Voor de gevorderde softsynth-gebruiker is dit misschien te gelimiteerd en simplistisch, maar dat is persoonlijk.
Voor mijn zoon de Arturia Keylab 61 aangeschaft. Naast de USB Midi controller worden er standaard ook drie software programma meegeleverd, waaronder Ableton Live Lite en Analog Lab 3. Nadat we de nodige software hadden geinstaleerd verbaasde het apparaat ons in zijn mogelijkheden en bedieningsgemak. Qua kwaliteit/ prijs verhouding kan ik dit iedere (beginnende) producer absoluut aanraden. Niet twijfelen, gewoon doen !!
