Modern music productions rely on digital systems for recordings and the final mix, but digital does not sound the same as analogue. That's why it's important to ensure that your input signal is open and transparent. This is where the Gain Station comes in.
The Gain station 1 is a Class-A mono preamp that's suitable for instruments and microphones. The balanced XLR input has an impedance of 200 Ohms. This preamp operates on a voltage that's twice the amount compared to a conventional preamp, resulting in an enormous dynamic range.
