General

Procab SIG cables are well known for their high quality and flexible PVC jackets, which makes them great for use in both fixed and mobile applications.

The SIG85 signal cable is equipped with four conductors (red, white, green and blue) that are protected by a shielding of twisted copper wire. This shielding also counters disruptions that can be caused by the magnetic fields of power cables, for instance. The Procab SIG85 ensures a reliable signal transfer.

Wrote the following about Procab SIG85/1 signal cable 1.00 metre

Een prima kabel voor een goede prijs.
Ik gebruik deze kabel als signaakabel, daar is deze kabel ook voor bedoeld. Voor 2 kanaals toepassingen gebruik ik 2 aders per kanaal. Dat geeft net wat meer bedrijfszekerheid maar ook iets meer capaciteit.
De kabel zelf verdient 5 sterren, de afhandeling van Bax haalt er een ster af: Ik had de verkeerde kabel ontvangen (SIG58) en de helpdesk deed moeilijk over de omruiling omdat het een B-stock item betrof. Het is uiteindelijk wel goed gekomen, maar met heel veel moeite en wachten. Sorry Bax, daar zit ik niet op te wachten.
