The Dirty '30s Series Recording King RAM-3-TS confirms that, besides being master guitar builders, Recording King are also capable of producing outstanding mandolins. The superb build of this mandolin has been finished with a solid spruce soundboard that enriches the resonance of the body while adding a sparkling, transparent edge to the tone. In terms of looks, the quality carries through in the vintage sunburst finish you would only expect of a fully certified bluegrass instrument, along with the fuss free detailing that not only looks tight but retains a pure focus on producing nothing but authentic acoustic sound.
