General

The complete Ayra Intenz CB040 lighting kit comes with four spotlights that can be wirelessly linked with the included controller to build a streamlined DMX lighting setup. A lighting stand and T-bar has also been included so that each of the four spots can be suspended and, so that both the power and DMX signal can be chained from fixture to fixture, Ayra has even included all the necessary cables. All you have to add is a compatible IEC C13 power cable.

Voor deze prijs een goede controller. In de tijd dat alles via computer moet gedaan worden, is dit een verademing om lichtsturing via DMX te gebruiken. Het programmeren is even zoeken en daarna gaat dit zeer vlot. De toetsen en knoppen zijn van goede kwaliteit. Natuurlijk is deze controller niet bedoeld voor grote lichtshows, maar je kan met dit toestel toch al een mooie show maken. Zowel voor de starter, als voor de meer ervaren light-jockey.

Gebruik: als lichtstatieven achter/zijkant podium bij theatervoorstellingen. Frontlicht op een paar wind-up statieven.

Het statief zelf is best goed en stabiel. En ik snap ook dat de T-bar stabieler zit met de extra steuntjes, maar ik vond het vooral onhandig. Zitten in de weg met wat bredere spots en je raakt al snel een moertje of een boutje kwijt zodat het niet meer te monteren is. En iemand zonder veel ervaring het statief op laten zetten werkt ook meestal niet. Te veel gedoe. Ik heb ze maar weg gegeven en neem nu maar een extra wind-ups mee, ondanks het extra gewicht. Als deze bezwaren voor jou niet spelen zijn het mooie en betaalbare statieven.

Goede dmx licht-controller voor een interessante prijs. Omdat mijn andere controllers volzet waren, heb ik deze nog bijgekocht om enkele extra lampen mee aan te kunnen sturen. Controller heeft heel wat mogelijkheden die al aardig in de buurt komen van mijn andere (duurdere) controllers. Heel handig is ook de ingang voor geluidssignaal, alsook de midi. Toetsen en faders zijn van goede kwaliteit. Soms weet ik niet goed wat te denken over het merk Ayra, maar dit toestel is een aanrader.
