General

A left-handed Tele offering brilliant value for money, this new-and-improved Squier Affinity Series model gets beginner guitarist off to a great start. First of all, it's worth mentioning that this solid-body electric guitar has been made under the supervision of Fender and that it puts two fresh ceramic single-coil pickups at your disposal for shaping tight tone. The broad tonal range on offer can of course be explored using the 3-way switch and volume and tone controls, while the six-saddle string-through-body adds a little extra sustain. In addition, players are treated to the playing comfort provided by a smooth C-profile maple neck combined with a snug belly-cut and, for satisfyingly modern looks, the face of the headstock sports the same spotless high-gloss lacquer finish as the body as well as the redesigned Squier logo.
