Love the way those early '50s P-style basses look but want a left-handed model that sounds and feels a little more modern? Allow Sire to set you up right with the Marcus Miller D5-A4L Alder! The alder body of this lefty bass comes securely fused to a roasted maple neck, and so you can comfortably fret notes and chords, Sire have even rounded off the edges of the fretboard. To back up its vintage style and sound, this four-string has been equipped with a stable string-through-body bridge, while its pointed yet brawny tone stems from a mid-mounted Marcus Vintage D-Bass single-coil pickup. Plug in, tweak the single volume and tone pots, and you're ready to drop fat bass lines.
