General
Showtec have designed the Compact Lightset MKII especially for beginning DJs and bands with a limited budget. This RGB LED lighting set from the Value Line series contains four LED spots and a T-bar with a built-in controller. A stand is included, as well as a carrying bag which allows you to transport the T-bar without detaching the spots. The spots are fitted with a synthetic housing, so the entire set weighs no more than 12 kilos. Ideal if you are frequently on the road!
Light source and control of the Showtec Compact Lightset MKII
Each spot is equipped with red, green and blue LEDS, enabling you to mix any colour you like. The Compact Lightset MKII features a total number of 432 LEDS, so a considerable light yield is guaranteed. The colours and the built-in stroboscope and dimmer functions can be set to manual, sound-controlled, automatic, or DMX mode, allowing you to create amazing light shows.
Technological characteristics
The spots of the Showtec Compact Lightset MKII provide a light yield of more than 1000 lux at two metres, which is effective to up to 10 metres. The 30-degree beam angle provides a full, wide light beam. On the rear of the T-bar you can find in and outputs for both the power supply and DMX, which allow you to easily daisy-chain several T-bars without creating a tangle of power cables. There is also a connector for the optional Showtec Footswitch, which enables you to control Auto Run, Sound, Freeze and Blackout functions with your feet.
