General

The silver-polished housing of this Q4 LED Pa 64 looks great and contains high-quality technology. This silver version of the Q4 LED Par 64 is ideal for decorative applications, like fair stands. Thanks to the Quad LED technology, colours can be mixed perfectly to effortlessly create shades like light blue and light pink, for instance. A true revolution in LED technology!

Quad LEDs in the Q4-18 Par 64

A Quad LED is based on a Tri-LED module. It has a 4-in-1 chip for every light source with a red, green, blue and white module on board. This allows it to create a clear white colour. The Quad LED technology also allows you to create light colour shades, like light blue and light pink.

The Q4's modules are positioned very closely together, so that at full power it seems like the light beams all come from one source. This gives the par can a conventional character. With a light yield of 3,790 lux at 2 metres, you needn't worry about the intensity either.

Applications of the silver par can

The silver-polished version of this Par can is mostly used for decorative purposes. Good examples are stylish fair stands, where colour combinations are important. It is also an ideal spotlight for catwalks, thanks to the homogenous colour mixing.

Showtec has just announced the addition of three remarkable LED spots to their Events line. Their EventLITE series is now a wireless party light effect richer, namely the EventLITE 7/4 , which features 7 4-watt RGBW-LEDs that bathe objects or walls in multi-coloured light via DMX or WiFi. At the same time, they've added two smaller units to their Eventspot series, the Eventspot 60 Q 7 in silver and black. These are battery-powered 7-in-1 LED spots.
