GLP is een merk dat staat voor kwaliteit en degelijkheid wat goed is terug te zien in deze Impression serie. De Impression 90 is een LED wash movinghead met als motto kleiner, lichter, sneller en feller. Dit geeft al aan waar de sterke punten van deze LED wash movinghead liggen. Om bij de eerste twee punten te beginnen: alle componenten zijn ingebouwd in de armen zodat een brede en zware basis niet meer nodig is. Uiteraard zorgt dit voor geringe afmetingen en minder balast.

Het toppunt van moving light
De snelheid van een movinghead is van groot belang. Bij deze LED wash wordt dit op twee manieren gerealiseerd. Ten eerste door de LED's die een flikkervrije werking hebben zodat ze geschikt zijn voor film en televisie. Overigens zorgt dit ook voor uitstekende kleurenwisseling zonder enige hapering. Ten tweede beweegt de impression op een indrukwekkende snelheid van 660 graden pan in slechts 2 seconden. Niet vreemd dus dat ook de snelheid genoemd wordt als een sterk punt van de Impression 90 LED wash.

LED met de output van een ontladingslamp?
Als laatste en misschien wel belangrijkste punt wordt de lichtopbrengst genoemd. 90 krachtige Luxeon K2 high power RGB LED's garanderen puur en helder licht in elke gewenste kleur. De output is zelfs hoger dan die van armaturen met een 575 Watt ontladingslamp. Zeer goede kleurenmenging zorgt voor een perfect wash effect zonder kleurenschaduws. Standaard wordt een 10 graden lens geinstalleerd maar 25 en 40 graden lenzen zijn ook beschikbaar voor een bredere bundel.
