General

The Inno Spot LED builds on the succes of the other Inno series moving heads and scanners. A genuine spot moving head was the only thing missing from this series, reason enough for American DJ to develop one. This Inno Spot 50 is equipped with a 50-watt LED light source and a veritable arsenal of functions. It features separate gobo and colour wheels, for the appropriate picture in the desired colour. With a beam angle of 25 degrees, the beams are still fairly wide.

Technology of the Inno Spot LED 50

The Inno Spot LED 50 features a housing that looks traditional and sleek. Its relatively compact design makes it perfect to transport or fly from a truss. The high-quality 50W light source has an immense output and will last for approximately 50,000 hours. High-quality stepper motors ensure the beam's smooth motion for a projection of a selected picture and colour.

Using the Inno Spot moving head

The Inno Spot LED 50 is the perfect alternative for expensive, large and heavy MSD moving heads. Both mobile and fixed installations can reap the benefit of the Inno Spot's compact energy-efficient design. It has an automatic and a sound-controlled mode for easy, worry-free operation, and 10 DMX channels for zealous light jockeys.

Wrote the following about American DJ Inno Spot LED moving head

Mooie moving head. Zeker voor die prijs. Mooie kleuren, strakke gobo's. Veel handige functies. Zelfs handmatig eenvoudig te bedienen via DMX.

Deze wordt niet in de disco gebruikt maar hangt met de meegeleverde adapter en een G-haak (en safety) aan een truss in een klein theater. Werkt fantastisch.

De gobo's worden niet heet. Zelf een gobo printen op een transparant ging zonder moeite. Je moet wel een kwaliteits printer hebben. Het vervangen van een gobo was met de juiste tangetjes goed te doen.

Prachtig ding van ADJ!!
Veel professionele mogelijkheden (gobo switch met DMX, kleurenwiel, gobo shake, 3-facet prism, en mogelijkheid Gobo's zelf te vervangen, met vb eigen logo oid.)
Krachtige motor, snel, strakke lichtbundel.
Ik gebruik er momenteel 2 (links en rechts achter de discobar, staand), met wat rook komen de stralen prachtig links en rechts van de DJ door. Door de in snelheid instelbare roterende gobo's kan je bij slows lekker traag gaan, en supersnel bij songs met een snelle beat, met je andere lampen op strobo geeft dat dan een mooi effect.

Eén minpuntje: bij de DMX sturing (zelfde adres, zelfde instellingen) was de draaisnelheid van de 2 niet gelijk, en dat viel vooral op bij lagere snelheid, dan draaide de ene zo'n 2 keer sneller dan de andere.
Ik ga ze later nog eens aansluiten en kijken of het probleem blijft, of dat het toch aan m'n instellingen lag...

Kortom: snelle, krachtige, semi-professionele movinghead spot, ideaal voor middelgrote zalen (op zo'n 15 meter afstand is de spot diameter ongeveer 2 meter) en voor de mobiele DJ.

Ik ga er waarschijnlijk nog enkele bij bestellen om complexere shows te maken... wederom top-product van ADJ!

Prachtig licht voor dit geld. Ik heb er momenteel 2 in mijn bezit en dit zal dit jaar nog uitgebreid worden naar 4 stuks. Heel geschikt voor medium grote feesten. felle lichtbundels. ik zet ze op prism en op het plafond gericht tijdens rustige momenten (bv tijdens het eten op huwelijken), zo heb je ook een ver reikend wash effect.

The difference can be found in the fourth colour that's been added to the fixtures' range. In the case of the QA12XS this is Amber, while the QWH12XS features White.
