General
The intelligent Audiophony SpeakUP is essentially an active lectern furnished with an integrated 40 Watt speaker, mp3 player and gooseneck microphone, and even comes including a wireless microphone to support maximum freedom of movement. The portable SpeakUP weighs under 20kg and serves as the ideal lecture and presentation tool in conference halls, meeting rooms, universities, or other events centres. Everything that the presenter needs has literally been built in; no external sound system is even needed; and all of the functions are operated via a set of smooth and intuitive controls.
Comprehensive Options
A USB port has been sunken into the desktop so you can charge your tablet or phone while reading notes, and an LED lamp can be plugged into the BNC port for optimum lighting when reading from printed notes. The mp3 player can be found neatly integrated into the central support; can read both USB or SD cards, and includes volume control buttons as well as browse buttons. Select record mode, and the sound of the connected microphone is recorded to USB or SD as preferred. While the SpeakUP comes including a balanced microphone, line-signals can also be connected via XLR or jack, or external equipment can be linked through via the RCA AUX input. In terms of outputs, this future-thinking lectern sets you up with a 4-pin mini-XLR recording output and a 6.3mm jack line-output, and closer to the base, a set of speaker outputs have been fitted alongside a handy schuko power socket where a laptop or other gear can be plugged in.
