The Shure DuraPlex Series DL4 is a dust and water-resistant microphone in ultra-compact lavalier form. This inconspicuous model is well suited for film, broadcasting, theatre and live performances and ensures high audio quality and full, neutral sound at all times. With the help of the included accessories, the performance and functionality of the Shure DL4 can be expanded even further, since the Presence Cap adds extra vocal clarity to the sound, while the windshields, sticky mount and durable lavalier clip all assist in making life that bit easier, offering lightweight comfort and heavyweight durability when you want to capture crystal-clear audio.
The DuraPlex Series DL4: Plex Cable
The sheer power of Shure's DuraPlex Series microphones doesn't lie in its lavalier design alone. For full signal integrity, the cable you're using is at least equally important. That's why each DuraPlex microphone comes including a slim, 1.67-metre Shure Plex cable that's been double-grounded to guarantee a long lifespan and flawless signal transfer. In addition, the Shure Plex cable is immune to the shape memory effect and kinks and, if needed, can be easily given a different colour using standard stage paint, pens, make-up, etc.
