General
The LUKE Laser from Cameo projects a red, green and blue colour mix with an output reaching 700mW and combines diode and DPSS lasers with a 3mm beam and a deviation of less than 2mrad. This ingenious laser system has a two-layer design that separates the laser optics from the power supply and fan. The resulting performance is incredible and able to populate lighting shows with exciting and dynamic graphics via a 30kpps galvo scanner at 8° ILDA, a 60° scan angle and 128 provided presets. An ILDA interface is also built-in and can be read from a laptop or other devices.
The Cameo LUKE 700: DMX Mode and Secured Against Unauthorised Use
DMX control is of course possible and offers a 4-channel and 11-channel mode while an integrated microphone keeps the laser tightly synchronised to the beat in sound-control mode with adjustable microphone sensitivity. The LUKE can be set up in master/slave or standalone modes and a bright and clear LED display and four fitted function buttons offer manual control. The laser is secured against any unauthorised use by a 'key switch' that only grants access to one specified manager and, since the fan-driven cooling system is almost completely silent, this fixture can even be used to complete dynamic lighting shows at quieter events.
