Tascam's TM-280 large-diaphragm condenser microphone is an affordable solution for high-quality, serious recording purposes. It boasts a high SPL and is suitable for both vocals and instruments. It features a 34 mm gold-plated diaphragm that captures every detail in your audio with great precision. With an SPL of 135 dB, this mic is perfect for recording vocals and brass instruments as well. Additionally, the cardioid pickup pattern helps reproduce a focused sound and background noise is effectively prevented from being captured. This mic also has a low-cut filter to dampen low frequencies. For especially loud audio sources, you can reduce the signal by -10 dB via the attenuation switch.
