SE Electronics SE 4400a condenser microphone
Product no: TS-SE4400A Bax Music Warranty: This product comes with a 3-year warranty.

General

The SE4400A is mainly the same as the SE2200A, but it has a double diaphragm, instead of the one. You can especially notice this in the improved cardioid pickup pattern. Talking of pickup patterns, you can switch between four different ones - cardioid, super-cardioid, omnidirectional or figure-8. This way, you can always use this microphone to ideally record or amplify your sound source, adjusting the pickup pattern to the use.

The sE Electronics 4400A has a flat design, so that it can be placed very close to (bass) guitar amps and drumheads. It can also be used for vocal recordings and live gigs in pubs. Furthermore, a shockmount is included that fits on any microphone stand. The microphone is suspended just out of the shockmount, so that the SE4400A is ideal for close-miking. With this microphone you can select the pickup pattern that matches your application - you will be hard put to find a use for which it isn't useful!
