General
Finished in style and built for the modern home studio, the Devine BM-500 condenser microphone comes finished with a matte black body and gold-coloured grille, while the extremely low self-noise and wide dynamic range set you up with a solid microphone able to record both vocals and acoustic instruments with clarity. This affordable studio condenser comes complete with a shockmount, windshield, and protective case.
Large-Diaphragm Microphone
Fitted with a large diaphragm, the Devine BM-500 is a high-sensitivity microphone able to detect up the smallest detail and nuance whether recording vocals, speech, or acoustic instruments. Since it is so sensitive, this kind of microphone is generally only used for recording indoors, in either large or smaller studio spaces.
Phantom Power
The large diaphragm fitted inside this microphone is the component that registers changes in air pressure and converts them into an audio signal. As such, this microphone will require a standard 48V phantom power supply - a function that usually comes built into mixers and audio interfaces - but if your gear lacks this function, you can also hook up an external phantom power block.

Ze is lirisch over de Divine microfoon... zuiver
heel tevereden over dit produkt.
Heldere opname waar de meeste mics voor mijn stem al snel ietwat dof zijn,
komt de BM-500 fris en clean over.
Door zijn gevoeligheid is hij ook makkelijk om op afstand/als 'overhead' te gebruiken.
Kortom voor wat hij kost een zeer goed exemplaar.
neemt wel veel omgevings geluid op dit is dus de reden dat
het geen 5 sterren zijn
Verschillende micro's vergeleken in de winkel in Antwerpen, en ik zou qua prijs veel omhoog moeten gaan om iets beters te krijgen.
Intussen ook de tweede exemplaar die ik heb aangeschaft, deze keer voor de repetitieruimte (andere werkt nog steeds even goed na 2 jaar).
Bijgeleverde case, pop-filter en shockmount is ook een grote meerwaarde.
