Beyerdynamic MC 840 for unsurpassed transparency

After the success of the MC 740, Beyerdynamic enhanced this MC 840 with an ultra-low noise preamp, five selectable pickup patterns, adjustable sensitivity, and a two-stage roll-off filter just for close-miking. The large capsule in this mic is equipped with a pair of gold-layered diaphragms that can register the smallest detail, resulting in sublime, transparent recording. This mic is nothing short of top-notch!

Wat ben ik verliefd op deze microfoon!

Ik heb 'm nu een half jaar en het geluid is SUPER HELDER!
Ik gebruik m hoofdzakelijk voor voice-over en heb 'm aangesloten via een Audient ID14.

De microfoon heeft zelf een 'roll-off attenuation' heeft op 80Hz en 160Hz van (-6dB/oct) wat fijn is als ik heel dicht bij de microfoon spreek. Ik maak in principe alleen gebruik van de cardioide instelling, maar er zitten er meer op (5 in totaal).

Nu kun je voor dit geld natuurlijk ook een hele mooie Neumann kopen, maar deze mic is veelzijdiger en veel transparanter..... en ik vind m veel mooier
