If you're looking to add some real fireworks to your collection of microphones, Audio Technica's AT4050 large-diaphragm condenser microphone is the perfect jack of all trades and features three switchable pickup patterns: cardioid, figure of 8 and omnidirectional. Low frequency roll off and a -10 dB pad allow you to tame the signal even during the recording phase and it's the AT4050's robust construction and versatile nature that have ensured it can be found in many studios and heard on an equal amount of stages. Shock mount and case included.

Staff were very quick to respond to my requests to purchase this mic, as it was out of stock and I was unable to order one over the website, and even sent me an invoice via email with black friday discounts attached.
The mic was delivered 2 days after new stock came in, and it sounds really good, being a owner of the AT4047, the characteristics of this mic really shows at low signal levels rather than high signal levels, but they both sound amazing
