No noise, sturdy, stays in one place, smooth movements.
Sorry Rode, this runs circles around your 2x more expensive stand!
There's even an included shockmount, you just can't go wrong with this mic for a project studio, where budgets are a key factor. Why pay for an over priced product, that does the exact same job?
I use it with a 1.4kg heavy Rode NT2A and sm-6 shockmount.
I have been looking at many other models, including Rode's PS1A+ but none can handle the weight.
No problem for the innox IVA08 !
