Mic is stevig gebouwd en de shockmount is prettig om mee te werken, geen schroefdraad maar een draai/klem systeem. De mic is erg gevoelig voor akoestiek, dus mocht je deze microfoon willen aanschaffen, hou er dan rekening mee dat je wellicht je acoustic treatment wat moet aanpassen.
Ik heb deze mic aangeschaft om twee andere condensor mics te vervangen en tot op heden heb ik hier geen spijt van! Hij is top voor akoestische gitaar en vocals, de sound is vrij flat, precies waar ik naar opzoek was.
Mocht je nou deze mic willen aanschaffen voor vocals in de hoop dat het in de buurt van de C414 komt, dan raad ik je aan om de Aston Origin aan te schaffen!!
Voor zang is de (veel duurdere) C414 inderdaad stukken beter, maar voor uitversterking van bijvoorbeeld electrische gitaar is juist de C214 een betere optie.
Met name voor In-Ear gebruikers een wezenlijke verbetering van je gitaargeluid.
